Breakfast was great, early which was helpful as we were leaving for an early flight, bed was comfy, pillows were excellent. Free wifi, great stay in easy location. Easy check in.
I’ve stayed here quite a few times now, it’s my favourite place to stay for a night in Melbourne. I always stay here with either one or both of my kids and have never had any problems. We usually stay here when we are going to an event at Melbourne Park/Rod Laver Arena or AAMI park and love that it’s only a short walk along the river. Such a great location, close to Flinders St Station and lots of food options. We often use the car park next door at Eureka Tower and it’s so easy to get to and always has lots of spots. Staff are always so friendly, the beds are comfy and the rooms have everything we need (including fridge, microwave and kettle). Highly recommend!

Location good for what I wanted for 1 night. Room with view was good even through I couldn't open a window to get fresh air. Breakfast spread was great.

Everything all good except we didn’t have the smaller shower head that comes off the handle. Cushions were a bit too soft for me otherwise bed was very comfortable room was good for a stand room

It was a very easy check in process, their Wilson Parking affiliation is very affordable and easy. The staff were lovely and accommodating when I required assistance. The location was perfect for my Forum concert. Located near lovely eateries along Southbank and it was a good atmosphere. We had dinner in the restaurant below which was delicious simple food. I booked in advance and felt the price was competitive. I found the bed very comfortable. All in all, 95% positive stay and I would stay here again.

The Mercure is in a fantastic location only minutes (and walking distance) from Southbank, the city and the Botanical Gardens. Great sized rooms and value for money. Getting there by car was easy and the offsite parking in only a couple of minutes away.
